Smart Bug Horti are plant protection experts, we work alongside growers to achieve and maintain high quality crops by reducing pest and disease through effective plant protection techniques and ‘Integrated Pest Management’ strategies. With 40+ years in production horticulture we help prevent and solve problems in a wide range of crops.

We provide growers with an in-depth knowledge of conventional and soft farming systems including spray, foliar, and soil treatments, providing a range of techniques to stop resistant pest and disease populations and promote plant vigour. This includes a thorough knowledge of beneficial insects, biological products, and how to protect and implement them successfully - what we call ‘practical IPM’.

We are based in Southeast Queensland and service several other regions around Australia and overseas. Our crop monitoring specialists and advisors service these areas regularly
